Meanwhile, a second NFT collection will be released on June 7, representing the NFT image transformation of the first Boeing 787 operated by ANA. “Sold as a 3D model plane. There are 787 items each of the two categories, for a total of 1,574 items and the price is 7,870 yen,” ANA wrote.

ANA is Japan’s largest airline with $12.2 billion in revenue last fiscal year. The company said it plans to increase the NFT product line in the future and aims to improve the customer experience value through commercialization of NFT.
ANA Neo’s development of GranWhale began last August as a virtual travel platform that uses “technology, including VR, to recreate world destinations and cultures.” as metaverse parks. ANA Neo President Mitsuo Tomita previously stated:
The arrows in the [logo] symbol respectively represent virtual and real, and the combination of the two symbolizes ANA GranWhale flying straight into a future with stability and growth where Web 3.0 and metaverse migration will become more popular.
