According to on-chain data, LayerZero Deployer has transferred 54 million ZRO tokens to the Alameda wallet. The project continues to send ZRO tokens to various unfamiliar wallets with varying amounts.
The community has started to speculate and raise questions: “Is this an attempt to manipulate ZRO before the project’s community airdrop?” Are these transactions related to the airdrop?
After monitoring the wallet over a period of time, it has been confirmed that the wallet conducting these suspicious transactions is the official wallet of LayerZero. Currently, the wallet holds over $44.455 million and has engaged in multiple transactions with Stargate.
The CryptoQuant analysis team reached out to the developers of LayerZero on Telegram for clarification. However, they received a brief response stating, “The ZRO-related transactions are just a scam. We will provide specific details on our Official Channels.”
CryptoQuant analysts also express their hope that they may have been mistaken regarding the rumors of the impending airdrop deadline coinciding with the sudden appearance of information about the ZRO token on CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko.
